What to Expect
Counselling and psychotherapy is like an education and an investment in yourself. It is about you talking, being listened to and working with your therapist to address any difficulties or problems you may have. Once you enter a therapeutic relationship you will gain a deeper understanding and acceptance of who you are, and make positive changes to promote your overall wellbeing and mental health.
We believe at Let's Talk, that therapy should not be a daunting experience and works better in harmonious surroundings. Therefore, you will be made to feel comfortable, you will be understood, feel secure and not judged. At first, opening-up in therapy may not be easy for you. You may be worried about talking about your innermost secrets, fears and issues to someone you do not know. At Let's Talk we understand how difficult and challenging that can be, that is why we will put you at ease and never force you to talk about anything until you feel ready.
We provide a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic comfortable and confidential environment. We will work with you and guide you, to help you overcome any problems and difficulties you may be experiencing.
